Trigun
Plot
Trigun takes place in the distant future on a deserted planet. Vash the Stampede is a gunfighter with a legend so ruthless that he has a $$60,000,000,000 bounty on his head. Entire towns evacuate at the rumor of his arrival. However, the real Vash the Stampede is not the same man that rumor portrays him to be. The enigmatic and conflicted lead character in Trigun is actually more heroic in nature; as well as a complete and utter idiot at times.

Why did I watch this? Because I have heard this anime has a good philosophy outlook to it and a great soundtrack.
Good:
I enjoyed this because the first half of the anime is really funny and the second half grows even darker than before. I felt that music fits really well with the Western atmosphere of the anime.
Bad:
I can’t find anything wrong in this series. It is perfect for new comers because it is packed with story, characters, character development, and the soundtrack is great.
Overall
This anime was introduced to me by my cousin. A few years later, it was the first anime I have collected on DVD and I really like the characters. I do recommend this anime for those who are getting into anime and for those who are into a Western style of anime but not an average or established kind of Western.
Overall rating: 4.5/5
