On May 26th, 2013, the staff made its way to Macro Micro Gaming’s “Alpha Clash 3” in Mountain View, CA. A few of Nor Cal’s heavy hitters in the FGC were in attendance. The main games were Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition 2012, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Street Fighter x Tekken, Injustice: Gods Among Us, and Puzzle Fighter. We conducted a few interviews to help promote the local scene.
Our first interview is with Michaelangelo. We discuss his EVO plans like why he’s focusing on just Injustice as opposed to Mortal Kombat which he mained prior. We also talk about the local scene and how he got into the FGC.
The next two interviews are with Carolyn Dao and Jeffery Moon. In the interviews we discuss the local FGC scene, what the goal of Macro Micro Gaming is, the “Alpha Clash” series, and much more.
